As of 1 July 2026, a vacancy will arise within the Board of Trustees of Philips Pensioenfonds for a Non‑Executive Board Member (NUB) representing employees. Are you a Philips colleague with an interest in the future of our pension fund and an affinity with strategy and governance? And would you like to contribute to the transition to the new pension scheme, NexT Pension? If so, we warmly invite you to apply.
As a board member, you will contribute to the Fund’s policy, supervise its implementation, and represent all stakeholders: employees, pensioners and former employees. You do not need to be a pension expert: through training and guidance, you will gradually grow into the role. This training is provided in Dutch, as are the meetings and meeting documents. The time commitment is on average one day per week. Philips makes time available to enable you to fulfil this role.
