On 1 September 2025, Jasper Kemme (61) will resign as Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Board of Philips Pensioenfonds. On that date, it will be exactly 30 years ago that Jasper joined the Philips Pensioenfonds. And by then, the most important decisions on the transition to the new pension plan (in 2026) will have been taken.
If the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) approves her appointment, Jasper will be succeeded by Anita Joosten (49), the current Director of Investments. She started her career at Philips Pensioenfonds in 2001, then worked for Philips for several years before returning to the Fund in 2009. Anita has been a member of the Board since 2015.
This way Philips Pensioenfonds can continue to benefit from Jasper's valued knowledge and experience in shaping the transition to the new pension plan. In the interest of the continuity of Philips Pensioenfonds, we wanted to provide for his succession in a timely manner. We are therefore very pleased to have found a highly qualified internal successor in Anita Joosten.
