If you are an employee, and would like to become more involved in Philips Pensioenfonds, then perhaps you would like to join the Accountability Body! The Accountability Body, which is made up of four members representing the pension beneficiaries, one member representing the employers and one member representing the employees, reviews the pension fund’s policies every year and is invited to advise on specific topics.
