Special edition of the magazine Generaties published
Philips Pensioenfonds has published a special edition of the magazine Generaties: the NexT issue. This issue focuses on the new pension scheme that will take effect from 1 January 2027: the NexT Pension. NexT stands for the future pensions, for today’s and tomorrow’s generations. The capital ’T‘ symbolizes the shared characteristic of Philips Pensioenfonds members: Technology.
Change of board members
In this special issue, outgoing board members have spoken with their successors: they share how balance played a role in the decisions made regarding the new pension scheme. The new board members also look ahead to the upcoming phase: implementing the NexT Pension with a focus on the effective date of 1 January 2027.

Information about your new pension
We want to make sure that our members are properly informed about what the new pension scheme will mean. The magazine presents six sample Pension Fund members to help understand what the switch to the new pension scheme means for our members, depending on their personal situation.
Communication timeline
In the magazine, every participant can read when they will receive which information about the NexT Pension. This information will become increasingly personalized as the effective date of 1 January 2027 approaches.
Themes
In Generaties, we cover eight themes that highlight what’s important to know about the NexT Pension. One theme is explored in more detail: the entitlement conversion of already accrued pensions to the new pension scheme, also known as conversion or in Dutch ‘invaren’.
