Recently, you started working at Philips or Signify. Many new colleagues have introduced themselves to you. Now it is our turn. While working at Philips or Signify, you automatically participate in the flex pension, the pension scheme of Philips Pensioenfonds. Welcome to Philips Pensioenfonds!

The basic information about your pension scheme

Upon retirement, you will receive a pension from the flex pension scheme. Do you want to know how your retirement pension has been organized? And what else is arranged?

The accrual of your pension for the part of your income up to € 105,075 is arranged via the flex pension. Do you have an income above € 105,075? Transfer value of your accrued benefits

Have you been employed before? Then you probably have accrued a pension with your former employer. You can transfer this pension to Philips Pensioenfonds. This is called transfer of value. To find out the differences between your old pension plan and your new one, use the Pension Comparison.

For your partner: survivor’s pension

You automatically accrue survivor’s pension as a participant of the flex pension scheme. The survivor’s pension is a lifelong pension which your partner will receive in the event of your death. So, it is important to register your partner with Philips Pensioenfonds.

The accrual of your survivor’s and orphan's pension for the part of your income up to € 105,075 is arranged via the flex pension. Do you have an income above € 105,075? Then your employer has taken out a risk-based insurance for you via ABN AMRO Pensioenen. This pension stops if you leave. Would you like to know more about this insurance? For your partner: ANW shortfall insurance

It is possible to take out an ANW shortfall insurance with us for your partner. That can be rewarding if your partner is not entitled to an ANW benefit or not entitled to the full amount.

If your personal situation changes

Obviously, changes may occur in your life. For example, you may become unfit for work or might start working part time. Many changes in your personal or work situation affect your retirement.

In the event of disability your pension accrual for the part of your income up to € 105,075 will be continued via the flex pension, without premium being paid by you.
